This Terms of Service describes how Daniel's Workshop LLC ("Seller", "We", "Us", "Our") govern your use of our webstore content. These Terms will apply to any purchase of digital download between you and Us.

We advise you read these Terms carefully and fully understand them before interacting with or ordering from our webstore. Your use of the webstore is governed by these Terms.

Digital Download Licensing

All digital downloads and items we provide ("Products") are licensed, not sold. This license grants you limited rights to consume and make use of the digital downloads and items personally, and only the licensee is permitted use of the digital downloads and items. These rights do not give you permission to redistribute, resell, modify or share in any way, the digital downloads and items we provide. To improve the readability of these terms, we may use terminology such as sell, purchase, buy, or download.

Issues with Digital Downloads and Items

Upon purchase or download of digital downloads and items, you come to an agreement with us that both you and the webstore will make reasonable effort to resolve any issues with the digital downloads and items you may have purchased. If you or the webstore fail to meet this agreement, appropriate action is expected.

Delivery of Digital Downloads and Items

Products are delivered by us with assistance of Shopify. Shopify provides us with a Digital Downloads app, in which the digital downloads and items are uploaded and then shared upon purchase. If you fail to receive the digital downloads and items from the webstore and the Shopify Digital Downloads app, you should contact us in order to receive your product.

If you receive your products and reach the download limit set within the Shopify Digital Downloads app, we may not be able to provide new download links.

Payment Methods

Payments on the webstore are done through Shopify and its approved payment options.

Refunds of Purchases

All digital downloads and items are non-refundable. Attempting to issue a refund indicates your void of these terms. We will deny all refunds and appropriate action will be taken.

Collection of Information

Your personal information is used only in accordance with our Privacy Policy, which states the fact that we are strong believers in the protection of your personal information and your right to privacy.

Changes to the Terms of Service

We may update these Terms of Service from time to time in order to reflect, for example, changes to our practices or for other operational, legal, or regulatory reasons.
