Returns & Refunds

This Returns & Refunds Policy describes how Daniel's Workshop LLC ("Seller", "We", "Us", "Our") handles refund requests for purchases made through our webstore.

All Sales Are Final

All products sold through our webstore are digital downloads delivered as one-time download links. Due to the nature of digital products, we cannot verify whether a file has been downloaded, copied, or otherwise obtained after delivery. For this reason, all sales are considered final and are non-refundable.

By completing a purchase, you acknowledge and agree that you are buying a digital product that cannot be returned, and that no refund will be issued once the transaction is complete.

Duplicate Purchase Exception

If you accidentally purchase two (2) of the same digital product, we may issue a refund for one (1) of the duplicate items, provided the following conditions are met:

  • You contact us within 24 hours of the duplicate purchase.
  • Both purchases are for the exact same product.
  • The request is made by the original purchaser using the same email address associated with the order.

Eligible refund requests will be reviewed and acknowledged within 96 hours of receipt. Refunds issued under this exception will be processed to the original payment method. Processing times may vary depending on your payment provider.

Chargebacks & Disputes

Filing a chargeback or payment dispute without first contacting us is considered a violation of these terms. We reserve the right to contest any chargeback and take appropriate action, including but not limited to revoking access to purchased products and restricting future purchases.
