Software End User License Agreement (EULA)

LiveryLab Repaint — Effective Date: 01/27/2026

By downloading, installing, or using LiveryLab Repaint software ("the Software"), you agree to comply with this Software End User License Agreement ("EULA"). If you do not agree to these terms, do not use the Software.

LiveryLab™ and LiveryLab Repaint™ are pending trademarks under Daniel's Workshop LLC. LiveryLab is a separate website and application available at liverylab.cc.

1. General Use

  • You may not use this Software, associated services, or website for commercial purposes without prior written permission from Daniel's Workshop LLC or LiveryLab.
  • You are responsible for reading and understanding this EULA in its entirety before using the Software.
  • You must use the most current official version of the Software, obtained only from authorized sources.
  • You are responsible for providing and maintaining your own internet connection, hardware, and any associated costs required to use the Software.

2. Account Registration

  • To access authorized or restricted areas of the Software, you must register for an account.
  • At minimum, you must provide a valid email address during registration.
  • You are required to keep your account information accurate and up to date at all times.
  • Account information is used internally by Daniel's Workshop LLC and LiveryLab only and will not be shared with third parties except as required to process payments or comply with legal obligations.
  • If you make a purchase or subscription payment, additional information may be required, including your full name, billing address, and payment details (such as credit card or other payment method information).
  • Providing false, incomplete, or outdated information may result in suspension or termination of your account without notice.

3. License Keys

  • License keys, once authenticated, are permanently locked to the machine on which they were first activated.
  • License keys may not be transferred, moved, or reassigned to a different machine.
  • If you wish to use the Software on a different machine, you must cancel your current subscription and purchase a new subscription for the new machine.
  • Sharing, selling, or distributing license keys is strictly prohibited and will result in immediate termination of your account and license.

4. Account Security

  • You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials, including your username and password.
  • You must not share your account information with any other person.
  • If you believe your account has been compromised or accessed without authorization, you must notify Daniel's Workshop LLC or LiveryLab immediately.

5. Account Transfers

  • Your account is personal to you and may not be transferred, sold, gifted, or traded to any other person under any circumstances.
  • Any attempt to transfer your account may result in immediate suspension or permanent termination of the account without refund.

6. Reverse Engineering & Cracking Prohibition

  • You may not reverse engineer, decompile, disassemble, or otherwise attempt to derive the source code of the Software.
  • You may not modify, alter, or create derivative works based on the Software.
  • You may not attempt to bypass, disable, or circumvent any licensing, authentication, or security mechanisms within the Software.
  • You may not crack, hack, or exploit the Software in any way.
  • Violation of this section will result in immediate termination of your license and account, and may result in legal action.

7. Software Distribution Rights

  • The installer, application files, and uninstaller of the Software may be freely shared and distributed.
  • License keys, account credentials, and access to paid features (including but not limited to the viewport section) are private and may not be shared, distributed, or made publicly available under any circumstances.
  • You may not distribute modified versions of the Software or any of its components.

8. Intellectual Property

  • All code, graphics, user interface designs, trademarks, logos, and other content within the Software are the exclusive property of Daniel's Workshop LLC and LiveryLab.
  • This EULA does not grant you any ownership rights to the Software or its components.
  • You are granted only a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the Software in accordance with this EULA.
  • All rights not expressly granted herein are reserved by Daniel's Workshop LLC and LiveryLab.

9. Termination

Daniel's Workshop LLC and LiveryLab reserve the right to suspend or terminate your license and account at any time, with or without notice, for any of the following reasons:

  • Violation of any term of this EULA
  • Fraudulent activity or misrepresentation
  • Sharing or distributing license keys or paid content
  • Attempting to reverse engineer or crack the Software
  • Any other conduct deemed harmful to the Software, its users, or Daniel's Workshop LLC and LiveryLab

Upon termination, you must immediately cease all use of the Software and delete all copies in your possession. Termination does not entitle you to any refund of fees paid.

10. Disclaimer of Warranties

  • The Software is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied.
  • Daniel's Workshop LLC and LiveryLab do not warrant that the Software will be error-free, uninterrupted, or free of viruses or other harmful components.
  • Daniel's Workshop LLC and LiveryLab make no guarantees regarding the accuracy, reliability, or suitability of the Software for any particular purpose.
  • You use the Software at your own risk.

11. Limitation of Liability

  • To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Daniel's Workshop LLC and LiveryLab shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of the Software.
  • This includes, but is not limited to, damages for loss of data, loss of profits, hardware damage, or business interruption.
  • In no event shall the total liability of Daniel's Workshop LLC and LiveryLab exceed the amount you paid for the Software or subscription in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.

12. Governing Law

  • This EULA shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States.
  • Any disputes arising under or in connection with this EULA shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the applicable courts.
  • You agree to submit to the personal jurisdiction of such courts.

13. Updates & Modifications to EULA

  • Daniel's Workshop LLC and LiveryLab reserve the right to update, modify, or replace this EULA at any time.
  • Changes will be effective upon posting of the revised EULA or upon notification through the Software or via email.
  • Your continued use of the Software after any changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised EULA.
  • It is your responsibility to review this EULA periodically for updates.
